Eligibility for Refund

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Custom or commissioned paintings are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
